شادی شدہ طلاق یافتہ یا بیوہ

اب نادرا کے ریکارڈ میں اپنے آپ کو شادی شدہ درج کروانا بہت آسان ہو گیاہے اپنا شناختی کارڈ بے شک نیا نہ بنواو اسی کارڈ میں۔ اپنے آپ کو شادی شدہ لکھوا لو تھوڑی سی فیس دے کر پہلے تو یہ ہوتا تھا کےاگر شادی شدہ لکھوانا ہو تو نئے سرے سے کارڈ بنوانا پڑتا تھا جبکہ اب نہیں چاہئے لڑکا ہو یا لڑکی سب کروا سکتے ہیں    غیر شادی شدہ سے شادی شدہ لکھوانے کے لیے نکاح نامہ اور میاں بیوی کے شناختی کارڈ ضروری ہیں  اگر بیوی کی دوسری شادی ہے تو ساتھ میں طلاق نامہ یا فوت نامہ بھی چاہئے  اگر عورت اپنے خاوند کے نام کی جگہ والد کا نام لکھوانا چاہتی ہیں تو طلاق نامہ یا فوت نامہ ضروری چائیے اگر ایک عورت نے شادی کی اور اس خاوند کے ساتھ شناختی کارڈ بنا لیا پھر طلاق ہو گئی یا خاوند فوت ہو جائے تو جب وہ دوسری شادی کے بعد دوسرے خاوند کے ساتھ شناختی کارڈ بنانے اے تو طلاق نامہ یا فوت نامہ ساتھ لائے گئ اگر اپنے آپ کو طلاق یافتہ لکھوانا ہو تو طلاق نامہ دے کر لکھوا سکتے ہو اور اگر کسی کا خاوند فوت ہو گیا ہے تو وہ فوت نامہ دے کر بیوہ یا رنڈوا لکھوا سکتا ہے  ٹوٹ  اب اگر شادی شدہ لڑکی یا عورت اپنے شناختی کارڈ خاوند کی جگہ
