Computerized National Identity Card  18 Years and   above, citizen of Pakistan is eligible for nadra card .For getting nadra card you visit nadra office or apply online.  First time nadra require these documents  Parents ID Card  B-Form  Matric Certificate  Birth Certificate if available  One of  presence  your parents must required for biometric.  If you are illiterate you must come with a blood relations brother sister son daughter father mother grandfather or grandmother.
