Nadra Card




Computerized National Identity Card 18 Years and above, citizen of Pakistan is eligible for nadra card .For getting nadra card you visit nadra office or apply online. 

First time nadra require these documents 

  • Parents ID Card 
  • B-Form 
  • Matric Certificate 
  • Birth Certificate if available 
  • One of presence  your parents must required for biometric. 
  • If you are illiterate you must come with a blood relations brother sister son daughter father mother grandfather or grandmother. If you want under 18 smart card then you must  required your parents for biometric verification. 

In the Nadra office a officer Issue Token Capturing your picture filling your form front of you asking details like your name address phone number  scan your Signatures and getting your fingers print after then he  give  you a printed form for Attestation. if blood relative with you he/she attest your form at the spot by biometric verification otherwise you attest your form through a 17 grade officer after attestation you submit that form at receiving counter a NADRA officer approved your form then you receive your CNIC within 7 or 25 or 40

If you want to change name on nadra cnic or crc you give a affidavit on 20 rupees stamp paper affidavit simple read more 

FRC 
Frc is a family registration certificate like B-form with whole family members picture this certificate read more 

CRC / B-Form
Child Registration Certificates is a registration document used to register minors under the age of 18 years. read more 

Chip Based (SNIC) Smart National ID Card

Lost Card

Expired Card

Two CNIC

Nadra Succession Certificate

Nadra succession certificate is a legal document issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) of Pakistan that certifies the heirs of a deceased person. The certificate is issued to the legal heirs of the deceased, who can use it to establish their rights over the property or any assets left behind by the deceased.   The Nadra succession certificate specifies who the legal heirs of the deceased area deceased individual.
