If your whole family show on computer you get this certificate if someone miss you update his/her record
There are four type of FRC
By Marriage means your wife and your children
By Birth means your parents and brothers/sisters
By All means you get by birth and marriage both
If your children under eighteen you must come with your children otherwise you can not get FRC.
