NAME CHANGE


Name Change 

Name change on cnic (nadra card) is very easy only affidavit required 

Cast add/remove
If you want to add and remove your cast like khan malik raja chaudhry shah syed jaffari bukhari etc no documents required

Full name change
If you want full name change like your name muhammad ali shah  to anwaar ali shah on your cnic (nadra card or nadra b-form) you must give a affidavit on 20 rupee stamp paper with two witness and attested by oth commissioner

Parents name change 
If your parents name change in Nadra record it is very easy for correction you must require two witness one of  your parents and one  siblings. If  your parents died you must cancel their card before correction their names and you need two sibling those who have correct parents  name in their records both are given bio matric must

Children name change 
Your baby names change in B-form  both parents come to office and give affidavit and biometric affidavit sample available in Nadra office
