اپنے شناختی کارڈ پر مجودہ پتہ تبدیل کرنے کے لیےبغیرکسی کاغذکے پتہ تبدیل کروا سکتے ہیں مگر شرط یہ ہے کے کارڈ آپ کواس گھر میں ملے گا جس کا آپ پتہ لکھوائیں گے اور165 روپے زیادہ فیس دینی ہو گی یا پھر
