نام کی تبدیلی ہوئی بہت آ سان اخبار کے اشتہارات سے چھوٹی جان اب آ پ اپنے شناختی کارڈ پر آ سانی سے نام تبدیل کرا سکتے ہیں صرف ایک بیان حلفی دےکر نام تبدیل کروا لو نادرا کی نئی پالیسی آ گئی ہے

بیس روپے والے سٹامپ پیپرز پر دو گواہوں کی موجودگی میں اپنانام تبدیل کر لو
 پورا نام جیسے کے پہلے آ پ کا نام شناختی کارڈ پر انوار خان تھا تو اب بشارت خان کرنا ہے تو ایک اسٹامپ پیپر لگے گا اور نام تبدیل ہو جائے گا
اگر خالی قوم تبدیل کرنی ہو تو کچھ نہیں چاہیے 
والدین کے نام کی تبدیلی
اگر والدین زندہ ہیں تو ان کے کارڈ اور ان کو ساتھ لانا ہو اگر والدین فوت ہو گئے ہیں تو ان کے کارڈ کو کینسل کرنے کے بعد   دو بہن بھائیوں کو ساتھ لائیں گے جن کے ریکارڈ میں نام ٹھیک لکھا ہو 
ب فارم میں نام تبدیل کرنے کے لیے دونوں والدین کو آنا ہوگا ساتھ میں ایک اسٹامپ پیپر بھی لگے گا
