CRC or B-Form

Child Registration Certificates is a registration document used to register minors under the age of 18 years.For getting B-Form nadra require computerized birth certificate from union council.only parents can apply for this documents 

One of parents must come Nadra office if both come it is easy to submit application for getting crc within one visit if single come he/she take more visits best advice to come both with computerized union council or cantt bord birth certificate

Normal 50 after 7 days

 بچوں کے ب فارم بنانے کے لیے والدین کو نادرا آفس آ نا ہوگا والدین اپنے شناختی کارڈز ساتھ لائیں گے  بچوں کےکمپیوٹرائز برتھ سرٹیفکیٹ ساتھ لانے ہوں گئے

کوئی دوسرا بندہ کسی اور کے بچوں کا ب فارم نہیں بنا سکتا بچوں کے والد یا والدہ کا آفیس آنا ضروری ہے 

فیس 50 روپے ہےاور اگر جلدی چائے تو فیس 500 ہے

بچوں کے نام کی تبدیلی یا درستگی کے لیے نادرا آ فیس سے فارمیٹ لے لیں جو بیس روپے والے سٹامپ پیپرز پر لکھوانا ہو گا اس سے نام کی تبدیلی یا درستگی ہو جائے گی



 تاریخ پیدائش اگر تبدیل کرنی ہو تو  دو سال تک بغیر کسی کاغذات کے ہو جاتی ہے اس سے زیادہ کے لیے نادرا کا پیدائشی سرٹیفکیٹ چاہیے ہو گا

Computerized National Identity Card  18 Years and   above, citizen of Pakistan is eligible for nadra card .For getting nadra card you visit nadra office or apply online.  First time nadra require these documents  Parents ID Card  B-Form  Matric Certificate  Birth Certificate if available  One of  presence  your parents must required for biometric.  If you are illiterate you must come with a blood relations brother sister son daughter father mother grandfather or grandmother.
