   نادرا شناختی کارڈ

پہلی بار نادرا کا شناختی کارڈ بنانے کے لیے مندرجہ ذیل کاغذات چائیے ہوتے ہیں

والدین کے شناختی کارڈ 
ب فارم یا نقل پیدائش یا میٹرک سرٹیفکیٹ اور پیدائش کا ثبوت ے  
 ان میں سے کوئی ایک خونی رشتہ دارکا ساتھ ہونا  والد والدہ دادا دادی نانا نانی  بھائی  
بہن  بیٹا بیٹی
  لیکن آ پکا نادرا والا ب فارم نہیں بنا تو بچے کے ساتھ والدین کا آنا بہت ضروری ہے ہاں اگر والدین دونوں فوت ہو گئے ہیں تو ان کے فوتگی نامے اور ساتھ بہن بھائی یا دادا دادی نانا نانی آ سکتے ہیں ان کو فیملی ڈیٹیل دینی ہو گی 

شادی شدہ افراد نکاح نامہ بھی ساتھ لائیں گے اور لیڈیز خاوند کا کارڈ بھی ساتھ لائیں گئے

Computerized National Identity Card  18 Years and   above, citizen of Pakistan is eligible for nadra card .For getting nadra card you visit nadra office or apply online.  First time nadra require these documents  Parents ID Card  B-Form  Matric Certificate  Birth Certificate if available  One of  presence  your parents must required for biometric.  If you are illiterate you must come with a blood relations brother sister son daughter father mother grandfather or grandmother.
